i have a Fujitsu Siemens and the keyboard some of the keys don’t work like the enter and the up and down left and right button and some other keys like the @ and ? and a few on the side the rest works fine… i conectid a usb keyboard and all works fine except sometimes if you press shift and ? the laptop shut down and some keys don’t work…so i don’t know if it is the main board or keyboard … i did reinstall again of windows and external keyboard works fine so far…any ideas please?

This sounds like a problem with the laptop keyboard. I think you’ll have to replace the keyboard.
